Description
Reports to: Assistant Manager, Site Manager, General Manager
Work directly with the Assistant Manager and Site Manager to lead a team of up to six people made up of Team Members ensuring that the site is correctly staffed, and all essential positions (pay station, tunnel, lot and lobby) are always covered.
Key Responsibilities
- As a building key holder, ensure that all Opening and Closing procedures are adhered to correctly.
- Work with the Assistant Manager and Site Manager to ensure all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed correctly and to the highest of standards.
- Try to problem solve any staffing or customer needs or issues that arise in the moment, including any vehicle incidents that require an incident report to be completed. Enlist the help of the Assistant Manager and Site Manager as and when needed. Effectively communicate any more problematic concerns to the Assistant or Site Manager in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for retrieving all answer machine messages daily, taking relevant notes, and returning the calls for questions that you can effectively answer. Pass on any other requests to the Assistant and Site Manager as necessary.
- Effectively utilize the Connectteam App for all work related communication
- Assist the Site and Assistant Manager to participate in and reiterate procedures and ongoing training for the CSA’s.
- Assist the Site and Assistant Manager in adhering to and reinforcing policies and safety guidelines set out in the handbook and notify the Assistant Manager of any ongoing infractions by team members that could lead to disciplinary action.
- Participate in and complete any Training provided by Splash2o and ongoing training involving but not limited to the mechanical, software and chemical knowledge, PPE and safety training.
- Attend a weekly meeting with the Site Manager and General Manager.
- Attend a once a month all team meeting onsite after business hours.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and General Manager to promote Splash2o core values and culture, actively participate in the program and encourage the participation of the entire Splash Team.
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or car washing role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
