Description
Reports to: Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Site Manager, General Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with their Team Lead, Assistant Manager and Site Manager to ensure that they are fulfilling their role correctly in one of the positions (pay station, tunnel, lot and lobby) they have been assigned to.
- Complete all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks that are assigned to them and to the highest of standards.
- Try to problem solve any customer needs or issues that arise in the moment. Enlist the help of a Team Leader,
- Assistant Manager and Site Manager as and when needed. Effectively communicate any more problematic concerns to the Team Leader, Assistant or Site Manager in a timely manner.
- Effectively utilize the Connectteam App for all work-related communication.
- Adhere to all policies and guidelines set out in the handbook.
- Participate in and complete any Training provided by Splash2o and ongoing training involving but not limited to mechanical, software and chemical knowledge, PPE and safety training.
- Attend a once a month all team meeting onsite after business hours.
- Collaborate with the Team Leaders, Site Manager and General Manager to promote Splash2o core values and culture, actively participate in the program and encourage the participation of the entire Splash Team.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or car washing role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
